Declan Rankin
Associate Counsel
Declan Rankin is a criminal defence lawyer practicing with Pender Litigation. He represents individuals facing criminal and regulatory allegations throughout British Columbia, with a practice focused on trial advocacy, Charter applications, bail proceedings, sentencing hearings, and regulatory defence matters.
Declan earned his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law and previously obtained a Bachelor of Environment from Simon Fraser University. He is committed to providing strategic, practical, and client-centred representation. He understands that involvement in the justice system can be stressful and is dedicated to providing clear advice, responsive communication, and effective advocacy while protecting his clients' rights and interests at every stage of the legal process.
